I am satisfied with the paper I eventually received, but it was 24 hours late because a new writer had to be assigned. The first writer's computer supposedly crashed at the last minute. I honestly don't believe that as I didn't have a good feedling about the writer all along, as he'd show me no evidence of progress despite repeated requests.

It took a bit of follow up for me to be assigned a second writer (fortunately, I had built in a couple extra days). I as dismayed at the company's lack of sense of urgency -- and I lack of apology.

However, the second writer was responsive once assigned, and finished the assignment quickly, before the 24 hours he promised, and the work was solid.

Overall, however, I didn't get a great feeling about using the service. I have to decide in the future if the issues along the way were worth the help. In this case, it was, as I was very unfamiliar with the topic and the writer's analysis was very helpful in this regard.
